Before the “Geсon” Ltd. was created people of its staff had worked in various organizations belonging to the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of industry and energy of Russia: VNIIOceangeology, VNIGRI (St.Petersburg); Institute for Geology and Development of Fossil Fuels (Moscow), oil companies. The staff includes experts in management, geology, economy, cartography and software. Other experts from the area research institutes, producing industrial enterprises and governing bodies are also invited to cooperate.
